Troubleshooting
Malfunction Cause Measure
No flush
actuation
Water supply interrupted ▶ Check water supply connection.
Basket filter clogged
▶ Clean or replace the basket filter.

filter", page 18.
Solenoid valve defective ▶ Replace the solenoid valve.
Cable connection interrupted
▶ Check the cable connection to
the solenoid valve.
Battery dead; red LED lights up
permanently or not at all
▶ Replace the battery. → See
"Replacing the battery",
page 18.
Voltage supply interrupted
▶ Check the fuse in the electrical
distributor.
▶ Have the mains cable tested by
an electrically skilled person.
Decrease in flush
volume
Reduction in water supply ▶ Check water supply connection.
Basket filter clogged
▶ Clean or replace the basket filter.
