Bluetooth devices should be placed near and in direct view of the 

Bluetooth receiver when initially set up. The distance and strength 

of the signal will depend on environmental conditions. Please make 

sure the volume of the piano and the Bluetooth device is turned up.

If you are unable to connect to your Bluetooth device, please make 

sure that any other previously connected device has been 

disconnected.

If you are still unable to connect, please turn the Bluetooth function 

on your device off, and then back on to attempt to connect. To 

change Bluetooth devices during normal operation disconnect the 

first Bluetooth and then reconnect to the new device following the 

above instructions.Please also note, due to differences in Bluetooth 

technology, some Bluetooth enabled devices maybe incompatible, 

function improperly, or may not support all features when used 

with the wireless receiver.

NOTE

Troubleshooting

Please make sure the volume of the piano and the Bluetooth device is turned 

up. If you are unable to connect to your Bluetooth device, please make sure
