Disassembling Valve FRS
10.5.1 Remove clamp connection (14), separate valve insert from housing

Prerequisite:
•
No solenoid valve must be actuated electrically or manually.
•
The pneumatic and electrical connections on the plant side can remain on the
control top.
Warning!
Falling of the valve
When undoing the clamp connections (14) at the drive or housing there is
risk of injury. Ensure a sufficiently secured support of the valve especially in
hanging installation position.
► Components with sharp edges: The valve disk (6) has sharp edges.
Always wear gloves and suitable safety equipment during installation
Notice
The valve disk (6) is a sensitive component.
Damage to these parts can result in a malfunction.
► When the valve is pulled out, the stem of the valve disk (4) must not hit
the valve housing!
► Do not set the valve insert down on the valve disk but lay it down.
► Secure valve insert against rolling away

► Protect the valve parts against impact stress
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Undo the clamp connection and pull the valve insert (14) out of the housing
(1).
