Carry out the following steps:
1.
Remove the clamp connection (46) between the housing (402) and the
balancer plug (92).
2.
Remove the balancer plug (92), seal ring RA (65) is accessible.

If available, disassemble the housing combination for housings that are not
welded.

Remove the clamp connection (43) between the housings and the seat ring
(34).

Housing combination is disassembled.

Installation
Assemble the valve in reverse order of disassembly. Observe the notes and
instructions given in the following sections when doing so.
10.6.1 Torques for the clamps and clamp connections
Tighten the clamp connections and semi-rings of the valve to the torques
specified in the table.

10.6.2 Assembling the valve from individual parts
Notice
The contact surfaces of the double-disk (16) are sealing surfaces
and must, like the sealing washer (3), not be damaged.
Damage to these parts can result in malfunction.
► When screwing in the double-disk ensure that the sealing washer does
not hit against the double-disk.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Put the double-disk (16) onto the valve disk (15).
2.
Mount seal disk (3), O-ring, seal ring (1), bearing (2) and bearing disk (4).
3.
Insert the bearing plug (12) and the pressure spring (18).
