Why
When a problem occurs on the system, the user can store a log file. This log file can be sent for
further review to help solving the problem.
When
Can be used in the normal application mode.
To-Do
Press the Alt + D keys at the same time. A new window will open. Type in a description of the
problem and the last steps that where done on the system. Then press Save. Call your GE
representative on how to proceed further get the log files for review.

If problems occur during working it is sometimes helpful to restart the program.
When
Can be used during normal application mode
To-Do
A message appears if you want to restart the application.
Press Yes and the application will restart immediately.
During the boot process you will have the possibility to start the problem reporting system by
clicking Ok.
This gives the opportunity to give some problem description and store a log file.
