USING THE OVEN:
Oven Controls
1. Upper Oven and Lower Oven:

3. Oven
Light(s):
Turns the oven light(s) on or off.
4. Self
Clean:
See the Cleaning the Oven section
for important information about using this mode.
5. Help:
To get the help on a specific function or to
change option.
6. Timer:
Works as a countdown timer. Touch the
Timer
pad and the number pads to program the
time in hours and minutes. Touch the
Start
pad.
The oven will continue to operate when the timer
countdown is complete. To turn the timer off touch
the
Timer
pad and then touch the
Cancel/Off
pad.
7. Clock:
Sets the oven clock time. Touch the
Clock
pad and the number pads to program the clock.
Touch
Start
to save the time. Clock must be set to
the correct time of day for the automatic oven timing
functions to work properly. The time of day can not be
changed during a timed baking or self cleaning cycle.
8. Cancel/Off:

Must be touched to start any cooking,
cleaning, or timed function.

Counts down cooking time and
turns off the oven when the cooking time is
complete. Touch the

13. Convection Cooking Modes:
Convection
cooking modes use increased air circulation to
improve performance. The type of benefit depends
on the mode. Your oven has the following convection

for more information.
14. Probe:
Monitors internal food temperature
and turns the oven off when the food reaches

more information. The probe can only be used with
