Washer Agitator Removal 

To remove the agitator; pull the fabric softener dispenser from the top of the agitator. 
Using a 13”-15” socket extension, remove the 3/8” (10mm) hex bolt from the bottom 
inside of the agitator (CCW.) Lean the washer tub forward and use an agitator pull 
strap to remove.
