Connect fiber to receiver and transmitter
Red LEVEL/LOSS LED
Transmitter/Receiver not powered up
Connect and apply power to module
Video input not connected to module

Video source not powered up
Apply power to video source
VIDEO IN/OUT LED is OFF
Video source not transmitting
Check video source and cabling
Audio input not connected to module
Connect audio input to module
Audio source not powered up
Apply power to audio source
AUDIO IN/OUT LED is OFF

Check audio source and cabling
