DISCONNECT POWER BEFORE SERVICING
IMPORTANT: RECONNECT ALL GROUNDING DEVICES.
All parts of this appliance
capable of conducting electrical current are grounded. If grounding wires, screws,
straps, clips, nuts or washers used to complete a path to ground are removed for
service, they must be returned to their original position and properly fastened.
CONTROL PANEL ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
The control panel contains the RC15 control, Left and Right Taco Wing Boards.
To service:
1. Remove - screw from the back panel.
2. Remove back panel.
CAUTION:
Place a protective covering (such as a towel) between
the control panel and the cooking surface to avoid damage to the control panel.
KEY PANEL TEST
1. Touch each pad on the Key Panel.
2. If the Key Panel is functioning properly, the following should occur:
Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Roast, Clean, Timer, Clock, Stop Time
•
and Cook Time Modes – An audible tone sounds and the display shows the mode
of the operation selected.
• Clear/Off – An audible tone sounds and the display shows the time of day.
• Number pads can only be used after another function has been selected.
• Oven Light - Oven light turns on. Audible tone. Relay click.
ELECTRONIC OVEN CONTROL
CAUTION:
Components are electrically HOT on control when
voltage is connected to oven. The Electronic Oven Control system consists of the
control, key panel, oven sensor, door and lock assembly.
NOTE:
Temperature/Mode Selection necessary for operation of Relay contacts.
VOLTAGE MUST BE PRESENT ACROSS TERMINALS L1 TO N FOR CONTROL TO
OPERATE.
STEAM CLEAN OPERATION
The Steam Clean feature operates in the following manner:
1. Control checks for the oven temperature to be less than 120 F using the sensor
circuit. IF the temperature is 120 F, the control displays HOT and does not allow the
cycle to begin.
2. Control energizes the lock motor until the door is locked. The door lock will operate as
indicated in the “Motorized Door Lock” section of the manual.
3. Bake element turns on full power to 3 minutes.
4. After 30 minutes the Steam Clean LED flashes and beeper beeps until Clear/Off is
pressed.

A child or adult can tip the range and be killed.
Verify the anti-tip bracket has been properly installed
and engaged.
Ensure the anti-tip bracket is re-engaged when the range

TEMPERATURE LIMIT/HOT LIGHT SWITCH
The Temperature Limit/Hot Light Switch performs two functions:
1. Turns on HOT LIGHT when the glass surface above the heating unit has reached
150°F. The hot light will remain on until the glass surface above the heating unit has
cooled below 150°F (even after the surface unit switch has been turned off).
2. Detects when the glass temperature above a u nit has exceeded its limit
of approximately 1031°F and disconnects power to that unit. When the glass
temperature cools below 1031°F, the unit will turn back on. The temperature limit/hot
light switch cannot be calibrated.
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Death or serious injury can result from failure to follow these
instructions.
• Service by a qualified service technician only.
• Disconnect power before servicing this product.
• Reconnect all grounding devices after service.
• Replace all parts and panels before operating.

Cooling Airflow:
Air enters the door assembly through large slots in the bottom and flows upward
between the inner and outer assemblies, exhausting through slots in the top of the
door.
DO NOT INSULATE THIS AIR CHANNEL.
To Service the Full-Glass Door:
1. Complete door assembly:
• Remove the four screws from the bottom door frame.
• Remove two screws at the top of the door on the liner.
• The liner assembly and outer glass panel assembly can now be separated.
