This PCB has the AC to DC power supply, microprocessor and fan
relays and is located in the control housing in the chimney area.
TO REMOVE ANd REPlACE duCT TRANSITION
wITh dAMPER
Push ductwork up and away from the top of the hood. Remove
one screw on each side of the transition and replace. Be sure to
reconnect the ductwork over the outlet and seal with duct tape.
IMPORTANT: High and Low voltage wires are routed separately.
Reinstall wires as shipped.
NOTE: If the hood is installed for recirculating operation, the metal
damper flaps on top of the hood exhaust outlet may be removed.
Do not remove the duct transition. The damper is not required for
this recirculating operation.

Remove one screw on each side of the rear grease filter frame.
Lift off the frame.

isolate the high-
voltage (120V)

electrical noise

Disconnect the motor
ground wire. Unplug
the wire connector.
Remove 4 screws holding the blower in place.
NOTE: A security cable prevents the blower assembly from falling,
but it is best to support the blower while removing the screws. To
release the security cable, remove one screw. Replace the blower
by reversing these steps.
