Press the Device button
(TV,
VCR/DVD
or
CBL/AUX)
for five
(5) seconds. The
Indicator
Light
will go on. Then
release the device button.

Then press the Device button
(TV, VCR/DVD
or
CBL/AUX)
again. The
Indicator Light
will
go off. Release the device
button.
3.
For the first digit in the code,
press the
REV
button and
count the number of blinks.
4.
For the second digit in the
code, press the
PLAY
button
and count the number of
blinks.
5.
For the third digit in the
code, press the
FOR
button
and count the number
of blinks. Note: if there are
no blinks, the number is
zero.
6. Enter your codes here for
reference.
