Care and maIntenanCe

1.  the removable inner pot goes safely into the dishwasher, or may be washed  

in hot soapy water. do not use abrasive cleaning compounds, use a cloth, 

sponge or rubber spatula. to remove water spots and other stains, use a  

non- abrasive cleaner or vinegar.

. Wipe the cooking body with a soft cloth. never use abrasive cleaners.
.  as with any fine ceramic, the stoneware bowl will not withstand the shock of 

sudden temperature changes.

4.  If the ceramic pot has been preheated or is hot, do not put cold foods in it. do 

not preheat the Slow Cooker before using unless specified in the recipe. the 

ceramic pot should be at room temperature before adding hot foods.

5.  to wash your ceramic pot right after cooking, use hot water. do not pour in cold 

water if the ceramic pot is hot.

10. When finished, unplug unit from the wall outlet.
11. Let ceramic pot and glass cover cool completely before washing.
1. the sides of the metal housing and the ceramic pot on the slow cooker get 

very hot. use oven mitts or potholders to remove the ceramic pot.
