2.9.6 Radio Test Menu
Using this menu, you can manually key the radio transmitter to make
measurements of antenna performance. (See
“
Antenna Aiming” on
Page 141 for details.)

NOTE :
Use of the Test Mode will disrupt traffic through the radio. If
the unit is an Access Point, it will disrupt traffic through the
entire
network.
Test Mode function is automatically limited to 10 minutes and
should only be used for brief measurement of transmit power
.
It may also be manually reset to continue with the testing or
turned off.

—Controls access to the transceiver’s suite of tools.
