Motorized workbench Ergomax (art. no. 40-465, 40-466 and 40-467) is intended to be used as a workstation for
heavy assembly operations in all kinds of companies. The workstation is easy to maneuver up and down.

Installation
The workbench is to be assembled according to the attached assembly instruction. Mount the transformer
(screws for mounting it beneath a worktop are supplied). The actuator cables are to be plugged into the
transformer, outlet M1 and M2, whilst the hand control unit is to be plugged into outlet HS. The cables should be
fixed is such a way that they do not risk getting damaged when the workbench is going up or down. The next step
is to connect the transformer to the wall socket. Finally the system should be reset according to the following
instructions:
1. Press the ”Down” button until the system has reached its absolute bottom, and then release the button.
2. Press the ”Down” button again, and hold it until a clicking sound is heard from the transformer (after approx. 5
seconds).
Now the system is ready to use.
User guide
The workbench is now adaptable to all body types and working positions simply by the touch of a button. In order
to minimize the risk of wear damage it is recommended to change working positions continuously.
Service
If the system is not performing as it is supposed to, all connected cables should be checked and the system reset
according to the instruction in the chapter called “Installation”.
