C. Fehlersuche
In diesem Abschnitt ist beschrieben, welche Schritte Sie durchführen
müssen, wenn die Blätter nicht richtig auf den Ringdraht gefädelt
werden. In manchen Fällen wird auch ein Staucode angezeigt. . J202,
J203 und J244 sind die Staucodes, die bei schlecht auf den Draht
gefädelten Blättern wahrscheinlich angezeigt werden. Bevor Sie
Einstellungen an der
eWire™ Pro oder dem Multi Function
Professional Puncher-B1 vornehmen, führen Sie die nachfolgend
beschriebenen Schritte zur Fehlersuche durch.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die
eWire™ Pro
ordnungsgemäß mit dem vorgeschalteten Gerät verbunden
ist und dass die Geräte richtig aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Blätter nicht gewellt sind.
Bei flach liegenden Blättern darf keine Kante mehr als 10
mm hochstehen. Gegebenenfalls beheben Sie den Fehler
gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Druckers.
Kontrollieren Sie die Elementspule auf Schäden. Sollte der
Draht beschädigt sein, entfernen Sie das schadhafte Stück
oder tauschen Sie die Spule gegen eine andere des gleichen
Formats aus. Siehe
„Häufige Probleme mit Spulen“,
Abschnitt 9 B.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die verwendete Elementgröße
für die Anzahl der gebundenen Blätter passend ist. Siehe
Tabelle in Abschnitt 10.
Untersuchen Sie das nicht gebundene Blatt auf Schäden an
den Löchern, z. B. Risse oder Ringabdrücke. Bei Schäden
passen Sie Deflektoreinstellungen und Ausrichtung an.
D. Qualität der Stanzlöcher:
Falls das der
eWire™ Pro vorgeschaltete Stanzsystem keine
spezifikationsgerechten Löcher stanzt, beeinträchtigt dies das
Bindevermögen der
eWire™ Pro und verursacht Staus und
Fehlbindungen.

Kontrollieren
Sie
mit
dem
beiliegenden
Werkzeug
die
Hinteranschlagstiefe und die Ausrichtung eines einzelnen
gelochten Blattes. Nehmen Sie ein gelochtes, nicht gebundenes
Blatt und richten Sie es je nach Papierformat an den
Eckmarkierungen
„LTR“ oder „A4“ am Werkzeug aus. Die
schwarzen Linien sollten gerade eben hinter dem Blatt sichtbar
sein, wenn die Lochung passt. Die schwarzen Kreise müssen
gleichmäßig um alle Stanzlöcher herum zu sehen sein.

Wenn die Stanzlöcher nicht mit den Umrissen im Werkzeug
übereinstimmen, passen Sie die Lochposition beim Multi Function
Professional Puncher-B1 gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung an.
E. Element schließen:
Ein ordnungsgemäß geschlossenes Element ist rund. So können die
Seiten umgeblättert werden, ohne dass das Papier hängen bleibt, und
es
können
keine
Seiten
aus
der
Bindung
herausfallen.
Oben ist ein korrekt geschlossenes Element dargestellt. Das Element ist
nicht weit genug geschlossen, wenn Sie ein Blatt aus der Drahtbindung
herausziehen können. Das Element ist zu weit geschlossen, wenn es
eine ovale Form hat. Wenn das Element nicht weit genug geschlossen
ist, erhöhen Sie den Schließwert im LCD-Menü. Wenn das Element zu
weit geschlossen ist, verringern Sie den Wert. Führen Sie nach der
Änderung dieser Einstellung zunächst eine Probebindung durch und
kontrollieren Sie das Element.
