Section 1 - stacked frames upper section
The counter gear is assembled from the corresponding parts as shown in the illustration. The pulley No. 13 is
pushed on until the thread of the grub screw is congruent with the lower blind hole of the shaft and then secured
with the grub screws M3x3.
Put on the upper bearing block after the rear drive belt has been put on.
The left upper frame can now be put on
now. The rotor shaft should temporary in
it´s position while screwing all parts
together.
Section 2 - stacked frames lower section
Mounte the lower Chassis parts parts according to the exploded view by using
the aluminum chassis posts No.2 and aluminum spacer No. 5, as well as the
corresponding plastic filler pieces No. 8. Take care for a tension-free installation
of all parts. The CF side panels must be aligned parallel. The easiest way to do
this is to place the mechanic on a straight table top while screws still loose. Then
tighten the screws evenly.
Proceed in the same maner with both side parts and complete this step by
attaching the RC pannel No. 1.
Pay attention to the correct positioning when inserting the lower bearing block of
the main shaft, see DETAIL B.
