Replacing the diskette drive
To replace the diskette (floppy) drive:
1
Remove the back panel by following the instructions in “Opening the case”
on page 12 .

Remove the power supply by following the instructions in “Replacing the
power supply” on page 16 . You do not need to unplug the power supply
from the system board.

Pull the diskette drive release latch out (toward you).

Slide the diskette drive out (toward you) until it stops, then unplug the
cables from the drive.
