To replace the system board:

Complete the steps in “Preparing the convertible notebook” on page 5 .

Remove the bay module by following the instructions in “Replacing a bay module” on page 7 .

Remove the memory from the old system board and install it on the new system board by
following the instructions in
“Adding or replacing memory modules” on page 9 .
