7. Cleaning 

7.1. device

 the device, press the on / o

 button 

Open the drain cock and drain the water into the sewer system.  

The basin is cleaned by boiling water with a degreasing detergent in the device. Descalers can also be 
used with the pasta cooker. Only 

fi

ll with water up to the maximum water level. 

Switch the device o

 again. Press the on / o

 button 

Remove the heating element. (according to point 9.2) With standard models, pull up the heater and turn 
it. 

The pasta cooker is ready for the next use again! All sheets are made of stainless steel and can be treated with a 
commercially available chrome steel cleaner. 

7.2. Heating elements 

Daily cleaning of the heater protects the device and the performance of the heater is maintained. 

7.2.1.

Standard heater and pasta cooker 

The heating element can be pulled out and rotated. The di

erence to the 2nd generation is that these are not 

removed.

 the pasta cooker. Press 

Empty the basin. There must be no contents (oil, fat or cleaning water!) In the cooking basin. 

Let the heater cool down to 35 ° C (hand warm). 

Pull out the heater and turn it slightly to the left.  

The basin can now be cleaned 

Note: 

If the heater is not inserted or not inserted correctly, the device cannot be switched on or operated. 

7.3. Hazard warnings 

Under no circumstances should the pasta cooker be operated without water. If the level falls below the 
lowest level, there is a risk of

re! 

The heater must not be removed during operation. 

In the event of a 

fi

re, the device cover must be used for 

fi

re 

fi

ghting. In the event of 

fi

re, put the lid on the 

basin immediately! Turn o

 the main switch and pull out the power plug! 

Risk of splashing and burns. 

Moving the pasta cooker is not permitted! Likewise, taking out the collecting container 

fi

lled with hot 

water. Let the water cool down to at least 50 ° C.
