tray are installed correctly, and that the drip

tray is empty.

No coffee comes out from the

portafilter, coffee does not

come out smoothly, or the

portafilter cannot be installed

in its bracket properly.

Excessive amount of coffee

powder, too fine coffee

powder or coffee powder

pressed with excessive force.

The coffee powder should not exceed the

amount suitable to the number of cups.

Adjust the grinding setting of the grinder

acordingly. Do not press the coffee powder

repeatedly with excessive force.

Coffee has no crema.

The coffee beans are damp
