ASSEMBLY
Carefully unpack your BBQ. Remove and dispose of all packing material in an environmentally
responsible manner.
NOTE: Plastic bags can be a danger to young children, dispose of immediately. Always dispose
of packaging in a responsible manner.
Your BBQ requires minimal assembly follow these steps before using.
WARNING: Only use BBQ when fully assembled.
1. Slide the grease tray under the BBQ firebox as shown below.
WARNING: Never use BBQ with out the grease tray fitted.
2. Position the 2 flame tamers into place and locate above each burner in the BBQ firebox as
shown below.
3. Position the grill.
WARNING: Never use BBQ with out the flame tamers and grill fitted.
4. Connect the hose to the BBQ, tighten and leak check the connections before use, refer to
page 2 and page 8 for specific instructions on leak checking.
