ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1

Attach the castor wheels (20 & 21) to the base panel (19) using 4 x M6x12 screws per castor. 
Ensure locking castors (21) are located at the same end.

Step 2

Attach the left cabinet side panel (15) and the right cabinet side panel (16) to the base using 4 x M6x12 screws. 
Ensure the panels are flush with the back of the base panel.

NOTE: The 4 burner model is shown here. Follow these instructions for the 6 burner model also. 

Before assembling the barbecue, read these Instructions carefully.

Assemble the barbecue on a flat, clean surface. 

The barbecue is heavy.

NOTE: Do not fully tighten all the nuts during the initial stages of assembly.

Caution: Sheet metal can cause injury. Wear gloves when assembling the barbecue.

Tools required:  Philips head screwdriver (or cordless drill and bits).

 

Flat head screwdriver.

 

Adjustable spanner.
