Universal LPG

Connection:

1. Connect the gas hose to the rear of the fridge 

and the regulator to the gas cylinder.

2. Position the gas cylinder so that the hose is 

not kinked or stretched and turn on the valve.

3. Check all gas connections for leaks using 

a soap solution. NEVER use a fl

ame for this 

purpose.

Lighting:

4. Press and hold down the gas control knob for 

20 seconds to allow the gas to charge the 

system.

5. While keeping the knob pressed, slowly turn 

the knob fully anti-clockwise until the ignition 

click is heard.

6. Continue to hold down the control knob for 

20 seconds after ignition occurs.

7. Check burner is alight by looking through the 

small hole at the rear of the fridge (lower left 

hand side).

8. If burner did not light check connections and 

gas cylinder valve, wait 30 seconds and then 

repeat the above steps.

Operation:

9. Once the gas is alight the fridge will operate

at its maximum cooling; therefore there is no 

temperature regulation.  A red needle visible 

in the gas indi

cator confirms op

eration.

10. To turn off, turn gas control knob fully 

clockwise and  turn off valve at gas cylinder.

11. Disconnect gas hose before moving fridge.
