Install The Motor

Bolt the motor (#1) to the mounting plate (#6) loosely, then install on the

bike. The mount is designed to slide back and forth. Its best to slide the

motor as far forward and as low as possible to leave room for the

carburetor air filter, and allow access to the choke lever. Keep in mind that

the choke lever is plastic and could break, install with care. Tighten all bolts

when desired location is achieved.

Install the Clutch

Rotate engine so the keyway is facing up. Locate the keyed opening on the
clutch pack , place the Clutch (#3) on the shaft. Secure the clutch with the
bolts and washers.
