Clean the outside of the handlebar and the inside of the grip tube.
Mount the grip tube on the handlebar.

Attach the throttle cables to the guide plate and route correctly.

Position half-shells

Slide on sleeve

and check the throttle grip for ease of move-
ment.
Finishing work

Check the play in the throttle cable. (

Adjusting the idle speed
Warning
Danger of accidents
The engine may go out spontaneously if the idle speed is set too low.

Set the idle speed to the specified value. (Your authorized GASGAS Motorcycles workshop will be glad to help.)

Run the engine until warm.
The cold start button is deactivated
–
A further ¼ turn returns
the cold start button back to the basic position. (

Exhaust gases are toxic and inhaling
them may result in unconsciousness and death.

Always make sure there is sufficient ventilation when
running the engine.

Use effective exhaust extraction when starting or run-
ning the engine in an enclosed space.

Adjust the idle speed by turning idle speed adjusting screw

a suitable tachometer.
