Connect the carbon-fiber arms to the side of the assembled
mast bracket using the included screws.
Installing the Bracket on the Mast
The hardware needed to mount the mast bracket to your mast is
not included. Before you can mount the bracket on your mast,
you must purchase the mounting hardware.
NOTE:
The sun cover fastens to the mast bracket using snaps
on the top and bottom of the bracket. If you plan to use the sun
cover, you must select a mounting location where both the top
and bottom sides of the mast bracket are accessible.

After you have assembled the mast bracket and connected
the NMEA 2000 cables, determine where to mount the
bracket on your mast and how to route your NMEA 2000
backbone cable.

Prepare the mast and the bracket-mounting arms.
Mounting holes or other mounting features are not pre-drilled
on the bracket-mounting arms. You must drill the holes or
prepare the bracket-mounting arms based on your specific
mounting needs.

Mount the mast bracket on the mast using the mounting
hardware you purchased.

Route the NMEA 2000 backbone cable to your NMEA 2000
network.
