Inputting Aircraft Information:
1) From any page touch > .
2)
Touch the Aircraft field.
3)
If the desired Aircraft information has already been entered selected the
desired Aircraft from the Aircraft list.
Or:
a)
Touch .
b)
Enter the Required Aircraft Information by touching each field and using
the keyboard.
c)
Enter optional performance data.
NOTE:
Performance data is used to create Navlog and to calculate trip
parameters.
d)
Touch .
e) Touch the desired Aircraft from the list.
Or:
a) If aircraft information is stored on another device that is linked to a
flyGarmin account, touch
to import Aircraft Information.
b) Touch the desired Aircraft from the list.
Selecting the type of Flight Plan:
1)
From any page touch > .
2)
Touch the 'Type Button' and select IFR or VFR from the drop down menu.
Entering Date, ETD, Altitude, and Airspeed:
1) From any page touch > .
2) Touch the applicable field and enter the desired value(s). The Airspeed will
be populated with the Cruise TAS (kts) entered for the aircraft.
