Operating The Sealed Hotplate  

(SS/SU) Models

1 .  Before using sealed hotplates for the first time they 

should be heated at setting 3 for five (5) minutes . This will 

harden and burn off the protective coating .

2 .  Set the six heat switch dial to the desired position for 1 to 6 .

3 .  Do not preheat .
