8. TROUBLESHOOTING
Depending on the symptons of the machine, we can detect the probable cause of the problem and solve the
problem:
PROBLEM CAUSE ACTION
Engine does not work
The machine is not connected Plug the machine to the mains
Damaged cable
Take the machine to the service dealer. Never
try and repair a cable with tape
Switch damaged Take the machine to the service dealer
Brushes worn out Take the machine to the service dealer
Turbine blocked
Unplug the machine and remove the elements
blocking the turbine
The engine works but
pumps little or no water
Impulsion tube obstructed
Unplug the machine and remove the elements
blocking the tube
Turbine blocked
Unplug the machine and remove the elements
blocking the turbine
Water below the minimum level
Stop the pump and lower the height with
respect the water
