the sensor is in contact with the skin
before starting the measurement. The area where
the measurement is performed should
be kept
clean
- dirt may have a negative effect on the result.
To start, go to the desired function in the
smartwatch (

). The measurement is started by

anywhere on the screen and should take
approximately
1 minute
to get the optimal result.
