1. Slot together tubes (A, B, C and D)

as shown to form one side of the arch. 
Ensure screw holes for cross bars (E) line 
up. (See inset) Note: Tubes A and C have 
one male and one female end, B has two 
female ends. 

2. Repeat step 1 for the other side. 

3. Fit one end of all cross bars (E) to one 

side of the arch as shown
(See inset) using assembly screws (F).

4. Fit other side of arch to remaining 

ends of cross bars (E).

5. Place assembled arch in desired 

location. If the ground is soft the 
arch can be pushed into the ground. 
Where the ground is particularly hard 
fitting can be aided by either watering 
the ground or pushing a suitable rod or 
spike in first. A depth of approximately 
0.40m (1' 4") is recommended.

Helpful hints:

You may find it easier to assemble your
arch horizontally on its side and then
carefully stand it upright to install.

If the screw holes on the poles are
covered with a thin layer of the
protective coating, carefully remove
this by pushing a small nail through
the coating.
