1. INTRODUCTION
It is an inverter power source that can carry out the following welding modes:
•

In all types of TIG welding, it is possible to use the following welding processes:
•
Two-stroke lift-arc (2

(Only TIG DC)
•
Four-stroke lift-arc (4

The generator has:
A front control panel with socket for remote controls.
A rear panel with gas supply connector, switch and supply cable.
A positive (+) welding socket, a negative (-) welding socket, a gas supply connector and a torch connector on the
front part.
THE MACHINE CAN ALSO BE CONNECTED TO ENGINE-DRIVEN GENERATORS AS LONG AS THEY HAVE A
STABILIZED VOLTAGE.
2.
INSTALLATION
WARNING: This equipment does not comply with IEC 61000-3-12. If it is connected to a public low voltage system,
it is the responsibility of the installer or user of the equipment to ensure, by consultation with the distribution network
operator if necessary, that the equipment may be connected.
The generator in question must be supplied with a rated voltage of 1x230V~±15%/50-60Hz
.
Connect the generator to the mains supply and position the switch to the “I”/”ON” position, and the welding
machine will set itself into the last welding process used.
Using the front panel, choose the new welding process.
3. REAR PANEL.
• C1:Supply
cable
3x2,5mm² with a length of
2,5m.
•
A1:Rear gas connector.
It is used to connect
the gas pipe coming from the gas bottle.
• I1:
Supply switch.
It is the switch to turn on the
machine. It has two positions, “I” and “O”. When the
machine is connected to the mains with I1 in the “I”
position and in the MMA mode there is power between
the negative and positive clamps.
• Z1:
Connector to power the cooling unit.
If it
is not connected, continue to keep it closed with the cover
because there is an alternating 380V voltage!
