CPU Digital Readout Rear Panel
The rear panel contains receptacles for plugging in the various cords that come with the MIC TRAC.
CPU Rear Panel
The CPU cable is connected to this port. The CPU cable
connects the CPU to the MIC TRAC base unit. The cable
can be inserted in only one position due to the pin
arrangement.
The serial port is used for serial data output. Any RS-
232,9 pin serial cable will plug directly into this port. Refer
to the DRO to Computer Connector Wiring Diagrams in
the Data Port Information section of this manual.
This switch turns the CPU on and off. When this switch is
in the ON position, the digital readout is illuminated. After
turning the CPU off, wait 10 seconds before turning it
back on. There will always be a slight delay once the unit
is turned on.
This A/C power receptacle accepts the female end of the
CPU power cord. A fuse near the receptacle protects the
unit from any power surge that may damage the unit.
Refer to the Specifications section in this manual for fuse
requirements.
