The GB585 and the GB585A are hydraulic installation tools designed specifically for the efficient installation of 5/8” and
3/4” HP8 or standard lockbolts. It weighs just under 20 lbs. (9.07 kg.). It has a 1.600” (40.6 mm) rivet stroke and a rated pull load
of 40,000 lbs. (177.9 kN).
The GB585 installation tool operates on hydraulic pressure developed by the GB940 Powerunit set at 5,400-5,700 psi
(372.3 - 393.0 bar) maximum PULL pressure and 2,200-2,400 psi. (151.7 - 165.5 bar) maximum RETURN pressure. The
tool comes equipped with 2 feet (.61 m) of hydraulic hoses and couplings, electric switch and cord.
The GB585A installation tool operates on hydraulic pressure developed by the GB910 & GB912 Powerunits set at 5,400-5,700 psi

ALL GAGE BILT HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION TOOLS ARE COMPATABLE WITH HUCK® POWERUNITS. NOSE ASSEMBLIES ARE
NOT FURNISHED WITH THESE TOOLS AND MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY. (See nose assembly selection chart on pg. 15).
