Stroke limiters are designed for the protection of the operator and equipment. Failure to operate tool with a stroke limiter as required
will result in damage to the nose assembly or tool and may result in personal injury. If you are unsure your nose assembly requires a
stroke limiter, contact Gage Bilt.
When a shorter

tool is required, 206110 & 206112 relief valve & stroke limiter must be ordered. (Sold separately).
1.
To re
-
assemble or disassemble stroke limiter (206112) & relief valve (206110), see overhaul instructions (#1 thru #7) on pg. 12.
2. To decrease stroke to
.375” (9.5
mm), remove relief valve (206109) from piston assembly (206211). Install stroke limiter (206112)
and the relief valve (206110) (flats to rear of the tool) in the piston assembly (206211).
