Important information
Maintenance and protection of stainless steel parts:
This gas-fuelled grill offers number of additional components from quality stainless steel. Stainless
steel is not a service-free material as many people think. In order to keep its look and finish it re-
quires special care. Stainless steel components require frequent rinsing with water.
We recommend the use of olive oil on stainless steel components. Olive oil should be applied
in a thin layer and wiped around the surface with a dry cloth until the surface is dry. This process
will minimize catching of dirt on these components.
In order to maintain high quality of food preparation we recommend keeping the grill clean and sto-
re it carefully, especially during winter when the grill is not used.
With proper care and maintenance your grill will serve you for many years to come.
