1. How to manually focus of G1?
(1) Loosen The hand screw on the right side of the laser.
(2) Slide the laser up and down so that the orange plastic shell cover is against the surface of the
fixed focus block.
2. No laser working of G1?
Possible causes:
The power parameter value is set too low
The laser connection cable is loose
The laser cable is plugged into the reverse end of the motherboard
Solutions:
(1) Check the value of the processing power parameter, if the processing power value is low, such as
1%, increase the processing power and reprocess
(2) If the problem is not solved, please reseat the motherboard terminal wiring. Do not plug the
wiring plug backwards.
(3) If the problem is still not solved, plug the laser terminal plug and check whether the wire is
damaged.
3. Why can't the laser move during work after the machine is assembled?
Possible causes:
The motor connection cable on the beam is loose or the conveyor belt is not properly installed.
Solutions:
Check both ends of the motor connection wire at the beam, if it is loose or not connected in place,
reseat the installation cable
Flip the machine, check the conveyor belt on the beam, if it is not installed, reinstall the conveyor
belt.
4. How to adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt
Adjust the conveyor belts on the left and right baffles
(1) Loosen screw 1 first, and then adjust screw 2.
(2) When adjusting screw 2, add clockwise: loosen counterclockwise.
(3) The tightness of the drive belt of the left and right baffles needs to be consistent, otherwise it will
affect the engraving effect.
(4) After adjusting the tightness of the conveyor belt, tighten the screw 1.
