Check whether all latchbolts are completely pulled back when the inside
lever handle is actuated (panic function).
Check whether the inside lever handle can be pushed down easily.
Release the lever handle so that it returns to its initial position.
Check whether the three latchbolts are projected automatically and
completely through pressing on the trigger lever.
Only for SECURY 1916 S / 1916 S EVP (Multi-point lock for 1-leaf doors):
Make sure that all three latchbolts are completely projected.
Check through pressing on the latchbolts (max. 20 N) whether they are
secured against being forced back.
Check whether all latchbolts are completely pulled back when the locking
cylinder / cylinder cam is actuated.
Make sure that, after the test, all latchbolts are pulled back, i.e. all
latchbolts are in the initial position.
Check with the tester (Art.-Nr. B 5371 0020) and the test adapter
(B 5599 0026) whether the monitoring contacts of the multi-point locks
work properly (For terminal assignment of the monitoring functions, see
chapter 3.3).
4.2
Function control of the monitoring contacs
SECURY 1970 S EVP has an additional latch without
function. It is used for escape route security through
the escape door strike and is not retracted when the
