Replace in reverse order, ensuring the blade is fitted
the right way round (check the markings and direction
of teeth), and that the retaining bolt is secure. Use the
blade locking wrench to stop the blade from turning
while tightening the bolt with the open wrench.
CAUTION: INSTALLING THE BLADE THE WRONG
WAY ROUND WILL RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE
BLADE.
MAINTENANCE
Always inspect the saw before use and ensure it is in
top condition.
Ensure that the guard can spring freely back to its
closed position and clean out any debris lodged
behind it.
Check the power cable to ensure it is sound and free
from cracks, bare wires etc.
After use, clean all dust and wood chippings from the
saw and its hinged parts and guards.
Ensure motor air vents are clear of debris, (use
compressed air to clean the machine if possible).
STORAGE
Store in a clean, dry environment protected from the
weather and away from children and untrained users.
