For best results

even air temps, retain all trays in unit at all times. 

Pre-chill cabinet with 
door closed minimum 
of one (1) hour. 

Load cabinet with only

PRE-CHILLED FOOD of 
40°F (4.4°C) or colder. 

After loading chilled
product, close door to
allow inside temperature
to stabilize. 

Unload cabinet, close
door and press Defrost
Icon on the control panel. 
Allow 30 minutes. 

Place trays all
the way to the
back of unit. 

OPEN DOOR ALARM: 

Close door for 5 minutes and defrost will activate automatically.

In this instance, do 

not press Defrost Icon.
