Original user manual FUXTEC 20V Cordless Pole Hedge Trimmer FX-E1HH20

- Never use a device with damaged or missing parts. Have them repaired or replaced if necessary by a
qualified specialist or workshop.

- When working with or on the device, always wear sturdy shoes, long trousers, and the appropriate
personal protective equipment (safety goggles, hearing protection, non-slip work gloves, etc.). The
wearing of personal protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.

- Do not wear jewelry or loose clothing that could be caught by the hedge trimmer. Keep long hair
away from the cutting unit.

- Remove adjustment tools or wrenches before switching on the hedge trimmer. A tool or key that is
in a moving part of the device can cause injury.

During Operation

- Do not operate the device if persons (especially children) or animals are in the immediate vicinity.

- Interrupt work if you notice that people (especially children) or pets are nearby.

- Always keep hands and feet away from the moving blades, especially when switching on the hedge
trimmer.

- Avoid an abnormal posture. Make sure you have a secure
Stand up and keep your balance at all times. This allows you to better control the hedge trimmer in
unexpected situations and on particularly steep slopes.

- Do not use the hedge trimmer in explosive environments containing flammable liquids, gases, or
dust. The hedge trimmer can produce sparks that can ignite the dust or fumes.

- Exercise particular caution when walking backward. There is a danger of tripping!

- Walk at a walking pace only.

- Never leave the device unattended during work interruptions and store it in a safe place.

- Keep all parts of the body away from the cutting blade. Do not try to remove material to be cut or
hold material to be cut while the blade is running. Only remove trapped cutting material
when the device is switched off. A moment of inattention while using the hedge trimmer can cause
serious injury.

- Carry the hedge trimmer by the handle with the blade stationary. When transporting or storing the
hedge trimmer, always remove the cordless high hedge trimmer and put on the protective cover.
Careful handling of the device reduces the risk of injury from the knife.

- Hold the power tool only by its insulated grip surfaces, as the cutting blade may come into contact
with concealed power lines. Contact of the cutting blade
with a live wire can put metal parts of the device under-voltage and lead to an electric shock.
