A. Basic operation
A. 1. Power on/Choose desired comparison memory
1. All the way „did“ remember to power on the gauge first
before engaging the pump head to the tire valve or refer A. 6.
2. Press and hold any key until seeing „on“ and a sound
pattern of „Bi“ for 1 time can be heard.
3. Short press left-key each time to switch and check desired
comparison memory from M1 to M4.
4. Long press left key to set desired comparison memory
(Refer C.) for M1 to M4.
A. 2. Choose desired measurement scale
1. Press the right key each time to select desired scale from
PSI, BAR Kg/cm
2
to KPA.
A. 3. Pumping
1. Engage the right pump head to the tire valve.
2. Keep pumping and read the pressure.
3. Good pressure: when the pressure measured is equal to or
within 15% higher than the selected comparison memory
pressure a circle like shows up to indicate the pressure
is good and a sound pattern of „Bi-Bi“ goes on for 5 times.
4. Over Pressure: when the pressure measured is 15% over
the selected comparison memory pressure, and a sound
pattern of „Bi-Bi-Bi“ for 5 times can be heard.
NOTE:
a. In engaging status, the gauge won`t be going to auto-off.
b. Max pressure for this pump & gauge is l6Ops, damage
maybe caused if over the limit.
A. 4. Auto off/Manual off
1. With no further operation of pumping in 30-50 seconds then
the gauge will power off Automatically with „Bi-Bi“ sound
pattern.
2. Manual off is available, you can press and hold the right
key until it show „OFF“ with I beep and a sound pattern of
„Bi-Bi“ after release the key.
A. 5. Memories be reset to factory default setting
1. If any unpredictable condition happens you may take out
and reload battery to reset everything back to factory
default setting.
A. 6. Calibration
1. „ALI“ mode: Press both keys at the same time until seeing
„ALI“ with 1 beep and a sound pattern of „Bi-Bi“ after
release the keys. Another 2 beeps after callibrated.
2. Power on: Power on all the way will auto-calibration.
NOTE:
Calibration „must“ in disengaging status.
B. Battery replacement
1. Use a coin to turn the battery cap clockwise for approxima-
tely 25 degrees to open it.
2. Since the battery is so tightly secured in the battery
chamber a pin-like tool is helpful to normal.
3. M1 through M4 will be reset to the factory default setting.
4. Follow C. to enter your own settings.
C. Advanced operatlion
C. 1. Change setting of the comparison memory
1. The factory setting for Ml, M2, M3 and M4 are 35psi, 40psi,
50psi, and 11Opsi respectlively.
2. Press and hold the left key until seeing „SET“ with 1 beep
the memory pressure starts to blink.
3. Press left-key once to decrease the pressure valve by 1(For
PSI or KPA) or 0.1 (For BAR or kg/cm2) right-key to increase.
4. After setting it goes back to the measuring mode auto-
matically in 4 seconds with 1 beep after no any further
activation of measuring or key pressing.
C. 2. Function summary for right key long press
1. With gauge on, long press right key will have functions
as follow:
OFF (1 beep) – BLANK (2 beeps) – odE (3 beeps)
OFF means power off manually (A.4.)
BLANK (no function)
odE means code version number
