Why my camera is offline?

Please check if your camera is ran out of battery power?

Please move camera closer to your wifi router to give a try, it may cause by weak wifi signal.

Please check if you share your camera to others and they are more than 2 users watch live at
the same time.
4.
Please check your 4G data network and see if it is stronger 4g signal?

What is the IR leds looks like? visible or invisible?
This camera use 940nm night vision leds, it will be visible if you taking the camera closer to your
eyes, it will not visible when mount it in the ceiling with 8-10 feet height.
