1 Year Limited Warranty Policy

warrants this product against any defects in material or workmanship for a
period of one year from the original purchase date. The defective product will be replaced or
repaired at no charge at the manufacturer's discretion.
RETURN/REPAIR POLICY
Defective products, other than accessories, may be returned to Fusion Power
TM
, along with a
copy of your receipt, within 1 year of the original purchase date. FUSION POWER
TM
, Inc. will
repair the unit or, at their option, replace it free of charge.

If the unit is repaired, new or reconditioned parts may be used at the Manufacturer’s option.
The repaired or replaced unit will then be covered for the remainder of the original warranty
period. The Manufacturer will return the unit prepaid freight.
LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover accessories, bulbs, fuses and batteries, defects resulting from
normal wear and tear (including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration or fading due to
usage or exposure to sunlight), accidents and or damage during shipping to our service
facility, alterations, unauthorized use or repair, neglect, misuse, abuse, and failure to follow
instructions for care and maintenance.
