Installation (figure 2)
Step 1:
Loosen the screws on the clamps to open.
Step 2:
Feed 1 clamp through the opening(s) at the top of the
support bracket and around your flag pole. Feed the 2nd clamp
through the opening(s) at the bottom of the support bracket and
around your flag pole. Tighten both clamps until secure.
Step 3:
Using the adjustment dials, adjust the angle of the
spot light and solar panel as required. Tighten to secure in the
desired position.
Battery Replacement (figure 3)
Step 1:
Move the switch to the OFF position.
Step 2:
Open the battery compartment cover on the back of
solar panel unit by removing the screws.
Step 3:
Carefully lift the cover to access the battery
compartment, being sure not to detach any of the connected
wires.
Step 4:
Replace battery with an equivalent new solar
rechargeable battery, ensuring the correct polarity is observed.
Step 5:
Reassemble the unit by reversing the above procedure.
Step 6:
Move the switch to the ON position. Allow the unit to
fully charge in direct sunlight for up to 2 days in the ON position.
Once fully charged, your solar light will automatically turn on
once it gets dark.
CAUTION: RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES CONTAIN NICKEL-
CADMIUM OR NICKEL-METAL HYDRIDE AND MUST BE
RECYCLED OR DISPOSED OF PROPERLY. DO NOT MIX OLD
AND NEW BATTERIES. DO NOT MIX ALKALINE, STANDARD
(CARBON-ZINC), OR RECHARGEABLE (NI-CAD, NI-MH,
ETC.) BATTERIES. DO NOT DISPOSE OF BATTERIES IN
FIRE. BATTERIES MAY EXPLODE OR LEAK. THE BATTERIES
CANNOT BE INGESTED.
