To set chair to your unique body shape & comfort adjust tilt action tension
1.
Tilt action tension
when operating tilt mechanism you are able to set rate of release by winding
tighter to decrease rate of release or loosen to increase rate of release. Note if to loose release may
happen too fast and you may cause damage to yourself or chair by falling out back of chair.
Too operate tilt mechanism
:
While in seated in a neutral position (weight not forward or back) pull black
trigger outwards from side of chair, once released you may recline backrest. To lock mechanism return
chair to neutral position and push black handle inwards this will lock reclining mechanism.
Maintence
With use bolts may loosen please ensure you check bolts on a regular bases, this will ensure safety & longer life for chair

3. Fitting Arms: Identify left from right see diagram holes
are in the back arms. With help of another person place seat
and back on side together, take arm and place over holes in
seat and back (6) by hand start bolt (10) in thread turn 2-3
times till seated in thread repeat for all bolts, once done
tighten all bolts till firm DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
4. Fitting Cover Caps: As indicated in diagram place cover
caps (12) in holes as indicated in diagram repeat till all hole
covered in arms.
5. Fitting seat & back to base: With help of another person
lift seat & back into position over base then slot top of gas
lift into hole of release mechanism, ensure it is seated
squarely, then place chair on to a flat surface. To make sure
seat is firmly attached before operating release mechanism,
sit in seat of chair, this action will squeeze gas lift into seat
release mechanism, once done press release handle to make
it rise and fall. Ready for use.
