Fit Wheels: Line up shaft of wheel (1) with
hole in Star base (2) If you have at a slight
angle with split washer flat on one side it
will slide in easier.

Fit Gas Lift: Have gas lift (3) upright as
indicated in drawing slide into hole, no need
to apply excessive force, Place dust cover
(4) over gas lift as indicated in diagram.

Fit Release Mechanism: Place seat (7) upside
down on a clean surface, identify front from
back of seat, place release mechanism with
arrow pointing to front of seat. Then take bolt
(9) and by hand insert into holes as indicated
in diagram only tighten 2-3 turns till all blots
fitted, once all seated tighten with allen key
(11) till firm DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.
