secure by using bolts (#A) with washers (#B,C). Do not fully
tighten bolts (#A) on each legs.
Align stretchers (#3,4) to the legs as shown in the diagram, then
secure bolts (#A) on the legs. Secure stretchers (#3,4) by using
screws (#E).
