base (#7), then attach gas cylinder (#3)
to the base (#7).
Align seat plate (#4) to seat
(#1), then secure by using
bolts (#B) with washers (#F).
Align arms (#5) to seat (#1),
then secure by using bolts
(#C) with washers (#E).
If there is a cap on the tip of the gas cylinder,
please make sure to take it off.
