Align the 4 pre-drilled holes of the foot rest assembly (#2) with the 4 pre-
drilled holes on the bottom of the seat (#4). Insert the bolt (#A) through the
hole of the foot rest assembly and secure that bolt using the Allen wrench
(#B) to lock it in with the seat (#4). Repeat for the remaining 3 bolts.

Insert the base ring (#5) onto the top of the base (#3). Then insert
the gas lift cylinder (#1) onto the base ring (#5). Remove the
protective plastic sleeve on the end of the gas lift cylinder.
Turn right (clockwise) to tighten
